Jordi Vilà is one of the great representatives of the Catalan avant-garde cuisine. Currently also linked to Vivanda –his bistro in Sarrià– and El Velódromo, the chef runs Alkimia.

Elegant and distinguished, the space is located in Barcelona's Sant Antoni quarter and provides the ideal setting to enjoy an impeccable signature gastronomic proposal.

The restaurant's menu, deceptively simple, deserves a second Michelin star.

Dishes: Marinated cherry tomatoes with fresh cheese vinaigrette. Edible crab pie with zucchini and jelly of oxtail and blackberry. Tartar of Norway lobsters, shrimps and fish. Wild fish dish. Veal sweetbreads with 'capipota' ravioli and vinaigrette.
