Aleia Restaurant located on the first floor of the Hotel Casa Fuster, was opened in 2021 by the prestigious chef Paulo Airaudo and the chef from Jerez Rafa Bedoya. It has dishes mainly made with fish and shellfish, combining classic recipes with current techniques so that everything is tasty and balanced. Also with a careful presentation for each dish.
The gastronomic proposal is based on a cuisine that combines the Andalusian roots of Bedoya with the Italian-Argentine origins of Airaudo, thus creating a simple and luxurious idea: a tasting set menu that varies according to the season and availability of the product. This has a cost of €120, and in reduced size we find the Business, for €90. Each one can be accompanied by two pairing possibilities to complement the experience: the short one for €60 and the long one for €90.
It is an intimate, elegant, bright space with views, adorned with large windows and a corrugated silver ceiling respecting the modernist aesthetic. Its unbeatable location on Paseo de Gracia and its exclusive atmosphere make this the ideal place for a special occasion.
