Xerta restaurant is the embassy of Terres de l'Ebre cuisine in Barcelona. Awarded with a Michelin star, its chef, Fran Lopez, transmits to the diner the respect for the tradition and the love for its origins through its signature cuisine. This restaurant owes its name to the locality of Terres de l'Ebre, in the south of Catalonia, where Lopez has maintained since 2009 another Michelin star in his restaurant Villa Retiro.
Most dishes vary each day as the menu is based on the quality of the market products. Xerta offers several gastronomic set menus where the diner can find the classic rice dishes, with a predominance of seafood, their famous Delta angles, in their different modalities, or, both delicious, fish and meats.
The Xerta restaurant is located just one block from Barcelona's Passeig de Gràcia, in the five-star hotel Ohla Eixample. It has a bright and spacious dining room overlooking the kitchen.
