Cinc Sentits is the restaurant of chef Jordi Artal, winner of a Michelin star in 2008. It is a place where you can enjoy an excellent and creative cuisine inspired by Catalan cuisine.
The dishes served provide amazing experiences for its guests, since creative cuisine's goal is experiencing new sensations and stimuli. But predominantly Catalan cuisine, receives influences from around the world. It has several tasting menus to do it in a proper manner.
The restaurant itself is an elegant and sophisticated, nicely decorated and has a sober touch. The entire ambience is actual and perfect for a business meeting or simply to go to experience new dining experiences.
Dishes: Egg yolk 'a la romana' with pork neckfat, 'Talltendre' turnip and grilled ribs sauce. Garden of roasted, raw and pickled vegetables with fresh herbs sauce. Palamós prawns with garlic and parsley emulsion, essence of their heads and 'mollete' bread. Turbot with Llavaneres peas and black truffle. Pigeon with marinated berries, liver croquettes and fake rice.
