Tickets Tapas Bar comes from Adrià brothers and Iglesias brothers, from the famous Rías de Galicia. It is in Barcelona since 2011 and we can find it in the Flotats building of Paral·lel.

The Tickets cuisine goes beyond the concept of "tapas." The restaurant's chefs have reinvented the covers to create a more contemporary concept of tapas. The site offers many possibilities as there are several areas that specialize in different types of food.

The room is spacious, with large windows which makes it very bright. The experience is unique and the atmosphere resembles a village fair, where each bar employs different chefs to offer the best.

 

Dishes: Oysters with their pearl and lettuce juice. Natural Galician clams with fried onions and tomato. Natural razor clams with ginger, cayenne and lemon air. Xuxi of cod with tomato nectar and black olive. Air baguette with Joselito Iberian bacon. Natural artichokes with crispy ham dust. Candied potatoes in olive oil with juice of pork chops and cooked Iberian ham.

Atmosphere: Trendy, Up to date, Informal, Favorite.

Muy recomendable. Está todo estupendo, el local es bonito y moderno; la comida es sorprendente y deliciosa; el servicio cercano y correcto. No se le puede poner ni un pero. Fuimos 4 personas y nos comimos 19 tapas y 2 postres. A destacar el pescadito frito, el jamón de toro, las gambas, el Xuxi de queso Payoyo, la torta de queso Cañarejal, los buñuelos de chocolate…, en fin, todo buenísimo. La carta de vinos es corta peso suficiente. El precio ronda los 50 euros. Para ir en repetidas ocasiones, lástima que sea tan difícil reservar. No os lo perdáis. Juan Carlos

Local demasiado moderno. Parece ser que moderno es sinónimo de incómodo, ya que la mayoría de mesas son altas, compartidas o en barra. Las sillas o taburetes incomodísimos para que dejes libre la mesa (sin mantel) cuanto antes y dejes tu lugar al comensal del siguiente turno, que como yo reservó con dos meses de antelación y únicamente por internet. Eso, demasiado moderno. La comida excepcional. Todo, absolutamente todo, vale la pena. Que lástima !!!

Esta noche hemos cenado por fín en el Tickets (la reserva la hicimos hace poco más de tres meses). Hemos salido bastante satisfechos. Lo mejor: los boquerones, el ravioli líquido y las navajas; Lo peor: el precio (57 euros por cabeza); Ni fu ni fa: el famoso jamón Joselito (correcto, pero lo hemos comido mejor en muchos bares de barrio) y el pan con tomate (un poco seco). Servicio correcto y un buen ambiente, si bien el aire acondicionado estaba un poco alto. En suma, recomendable, pero de vez en cuando (¡el bolsillo no da para más!).
