Saulo surprises us again, with his more than 18 years of experience in restoration, opening a quiet, modern and minimalist venue, which includes a modest terrace.
In the kitchen, he creates a mixture of Japanese flavors fused with Mediterranean ones that end up causing a need to always come back for more. It's Soba noodles and its tempura are incapable of leaving you indifferent.
