In front of Mercat del Born in Barcelona there is the tavern Llamber that opened in 2012 by the Austurian chef Fran Heras, who has worked with renowned chefs as Ferran Adrià among others, and his partner Eva Arbonés, responsible for the interior design of the restaurant and maître. Llamber follows the same pattern as the first restaurant they opened in Asturias under the same name. It is a gastronomic tavern that serves miniature haute cuisine with creative dishes in a sustained price. It also has a cellar with about 150 references. The place was previously a fruit warehouse. Nowadays, it is the typical Spanish tavern but modernised. The atmosphere is casual and warm. It is an ideal place to taste a glass of wine with friends and delight excellent tapas with a good service.
