The businessman and cocktailman Javier de las Muelas founded over 25 years ago Casa Fernandez, an elegant restaurant in uptown Barcelona that offers excellent cuisine.
The restaurant is the perfect fusion between a tapas bar and a brewery luxury where, apart from the best house brand cocktails, you can taste a simple yet comprehensive selection of tapas, classic and modern, plus more elaborate recipes that stand for quality of its raw material.
