One of the most well-known streets of Street Food in Bangock is the one that gives its name to this restaurant, Khaosan . Its gastronomic offer is based on a fusion of Asian and Latin American cuisine, which will surprise us with its explosion of flavors.
Chef Marc Blesa, after returning from his trips to Asia and Latin America, decided to start this project with all the knowledge and culinary ideas he has acquired over time.
The place is small but cozy, decorated with wood, metal and some luminous signs that give it an urban and street touch.
Dishes: Codfish cocos with Japanese katsuobushi mayonnaise. Vegetable curry and tofu. Thai pork gill. Chicken wings, hoisin sauce and lime zest. Korean tuna tartar with beetroot, raspberry, yogurt and banana. White chocolate and yuzu truffles.
