ElBulli is not only one of the best restaurants that Catalonia has had in its history, but it has also created countless establishments with kitchens of level. This is the case of Dos Pebrots, created by Albert Raurich, the former chef of elBulli.
As for the gastronomic offer, it is an author cuisine restaurant based on the search for the origin of each Mediterranean recipe. Albert Raurich wanted to be inspired by the origins of the dishes by getting authentic works of art under the shelter of an urban and current space.
The place has an urban and contemporary decoration, with soft touches of wood in addition to paying tribute to Pepe Rubianes, playing its monologues in the bathrooms of the premises, which was previously owned by the Spanish comedian.
