The restaurant Disfrutar appeared in the Eixample district of Barcelona in 2014 run by two chefs who worked hand in hand with Ferran Adrià at elBulli requested and prestigious, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch.

The restaurant, which already has a Michelin Star, offers different tasting set menus and typical cuisine, many-colored, modern and daring in the purest Mediterranean style dishes where flavor predominates.

Disfrutar, Besides their food, is noted for its elegant and original design, inspired by a fishing village and open kitchen. The service also makes the experience even more enjoyable if its possible. This restaurant couldn't have chosen a better name.

Dishes: Transparent ravioli with pesto. Biscuit with smoked Idiazabal and apple. Crispy egg yolk with mushrooms jelly. Marinated mackerel with cauliflower in vinegar. Liquid salad. Red mullets with pork neckfat and eggplant gnocchi. Chocolate peppers, oil and salt.

Positive: Inolvidable, Primera experiencia de este calibre en el mundo gastronómico, Atención y Amabilidad de todo el equipo desde que entras el ambiente es acogedor y tranquilo. Y la comida única un mundo de sabores y fragancias que jamás habíamos sentido . Lo recomiendo aunque sólo sea una vez en la vida..

Positive: Nos ha encantado la experiencia. Hemos disfrutado. El trato del personal de sala es Excelente. Hemos tomado el menú Disfrutar clasic. Es una degustación de platos muy originales, elaborados con una gran técnica, consiguiendo unas texturasj y sabores sorprendentes. Muy recomendable.

Positive: Increíble experiencia! Hemos estado hoy por primera vez y nos ha encantado!! La innovación casa perfectamente con el sabor, cada plato es más sorprendente que el anterior. Las texturas, los sabores nuevos, la presentación, todo es fantástico. El servicio impecable. Evgenia maravillosa, y el resto de camareros que han atendido nuestra mesa también. Profesionalidad y cercanía al máximo nivel. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de saludar a Eduard y felicitarles por su gran trabajo. Maravilla, las tres estrellas están al caer.
