In 2020 Santiago Macías and Vanesa Zorzoli opened the La Brillantina restaurant in Barcelona. Years ago they had already owned a restaurant in Argentina but decided to transfer the gastronomy of their countries to Barcelona.
It has a variety of fusion dishes of Venezuelan, Colombian and Argentine cuisine prepared by Santiago, chef and researcher of Latin American cuisine. In addition, the desserts are created and made by Vanesa, a professional pastry chef.
