Sometimes appearances can be deceiving. This is what happens to Can Valles, a Barcelona restaurant located in the Eixample Esquerre. Behind a room with an appearance for anything fancy, there's a place where the taste of its dishes make waiting lists longer than a week .

The menu consists of tapas served in the bar and a letter with more elaborate dishes, high quality and seasonal. The cuisine is Mediterranean pulling traditional but has a personal touch in all its varieties that makes it unique. For this reason, it may not be an option for the poorest pockets.

The home itself has no pretensions. It's simple, discreet and even elegant, although nothing is at the level of the dishes. This contrast is one of the features that makes this restaurant so famous and known. It is closed on Sundays.

Productos de primerca calidad, elaboraciones impecables y honestas, servicio excelente y relación calidad-precio muy justa. Cena 2 personas: 2 entrantes, 2 segundos, postre, vino y 2 copas de Pacharan 120€ (teniendo en cuenta que el plato de espardenyes con huevo y ceps ya vale 30€). Si no tienen estrella Michelin es por el entorno. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Extraordinario. Una comida y un servicio que me han hecho volver a tener ganas de salir a cenar en Barcelona. Ello a pesar de estar un poquitin estrechos, pero sin exagerar.

Calidad de estrellas Michelin, precio correcto, lo bueno se paga. Honradez increible, cuando Pedro vió que habiamos pedido más de la cuenta nos ofreció él hacer el menú y fantastico!!, no es de extrañar que esté siempre lleno, la gente no es tonta.
