Just one block from the Plaza Tetuan and in a central area of Eixample Dret stands Can Vador, a restaurant and brasserie of Barcelona specializing in grilled dishes.
Items on the menu have good quality and are made in a charcoal grill with care and dedication. Not only meat is served and seared but also fish and vegetables. Furthermore while in season and booking it, they also do 'calçotadas' (and typical catalan food based on spring onions with a special sauce. It's a must try since its only seasonal).
There are two dining rooms in the restaurant, a bar area and a room for booking. The place is inspired on the grills of yesteryear, so it has a serious air and in a way that contrasts with rustic details that give it a modern look. It is a perfect place to go in small groups and gatherings of friends or couples, or for larger events with more diners. Right next to the restaurant there's located a karaoke bar managed by the same owners.

Grilled cod loin with roasted vegetables and mustard flavour.
