Located in one of the busiest and most touristic areas of Madrid, very close to the Thyssen-Bornemisza and El Prado, is the Askuabarra restaurant, run by the brothers Nacho and Jorge Gadea.
Following the family tradition of their iconic Askua restaurant in Valencia, the Gadea brothers have created a unique culinary concept that fuses traditional cuisine with modern touches and its own identity. Excellence in the selection of raw materials is Askuabarra's priority, and to achieve it they have the best suppliers in the market. In this way, they ensure the quality of the ingredients used in each of their dishes.
The atmosphere at Askuabarra is sophisticated, cosmopolitan and urban, creating a unique dining experience. The restaurant's set menu has a wide variety of à la carte dishes, including tripe, crispy trotter, oxtail, pure acorn-fed Iberian ham, pinto and huancaína beans, and an innovative version of the Russian salad.
