Comment:

A Japanese Kirikata is a Japanese and Spanish fusion restaurant, which owes its name to the traditional technique of cutting sashimi.

Located on Antonio Acuña street in Madrid, run by Álvaro Castellanos and Iván Morales, this restaurant-tavern offers an original and quality gastronomic experience, which also offers a unique set menu with more than 400 cocktails and distillates along with an extensive wine cellar.

The unique atmosphere of the space together with an impressive decoration, joins the expertise of chef Luís David Sánchez, who with more than eight years of experience in the Japanese cut, brings us this exquisite food.

Dishes: Fried egg nigiri with truffle. Special kimchi and salmon maki. Salmon roe gunkan. Shrimp with wasabi. Iberian croquettes. Veal sweetbreads with old mustard. Chocolate fondant. Nigiri butter fish. Mixed sashimi. Hikaryroll.

Atmosphere: Emblematic, Exclusive. Luxury, Original.
Characteristics: Wine lovers, Private rooms.
