The Valmas restaurant located in the heart of the Eixample at Rambla de Catalunya, has a modernist design that does not go unnoticed when we enter this exquisite place.
Upon entering, always with intrigue, which will be the result of lunch or dinner, we will do a small questionnaire where we will discuss if we have allergies, intolerances or what are our preferences. This questionnaire will then be passed on to Chef Melissa Herrera, former contestant of Top Chef 2017.
She is in charge of going to the market often and buying fresh, seasonal and organic products that will be used to create our dish. Through his creativity and the products available, he will make us an exquisite dish by mixing a set of flavors that were probably unknown to us. We will be able to taste the dishes and we will like them so much that we will repeat for sure.
