Sensato

Sensato restaurant is located on a quiet and semi-pedestrian street in the Gracia neighborhood. This is born from the hand of chef Ryuto Sato and his wife who succeed with a proposal of traditional Japanese cuisine with top quality products that as he says "The product is from here but the way of preparing it, from there".

They propose a tasting set menu of 22 bites and lasting around two and a half hours. And it serves more or less, because the products are seasonal, dishes like tuna gunkan with cured quail yolk, tuna loin nigiri, red prawn nigiri with reduced head juice and crispy shell sprinkles. .. but the best of all is that quoting him «I see how you eat and decide what I will serve you».

From the entrance of the premises you can perfectly glimpse the entire establishment since it only consists of a bar with between six and eight diners. The atmosphere is Japanese minimalist with leather upholstered stools and the traditional Catalan vault on the ceiling.
