In 2021 the Saona Aribau Restaurant opened its doors in Barcelona's Eixample. It is part of the Saona Group, founded by Gonzalo Calvo in March 2013, which currently has a network of 28 establishments in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Albacete and Seville.
The distinguishing feature of Saona is that you cannot order dishes from the set menu, but set menus at a set price, with eleven starters and eleven main courses to choose from. In the restaurant we find a complete and elaborate gastronomic offer of Mediterranean food with Asian touches and with vegan and vegetarian options. In addition, all this made from organic ingredients and with unbeatable prices.
The 4 different areas have a careful and minimalist decoration that tries to bring you closer to the coast, where wood, wicker and soft, warm lighting predominate. It has a capacity for 150 people and has two floors and a small, very cozy terrace.
