Parking Basement is located inside Parking Pizza, on Marimón street number 5, a concept created by Marcos and Berta, also owners of Parking Pizza and Parking Pita. We just have to go down the stairs and there it is, a luxury basement where we can savor a generous steak in an unusual setting.
The Venezuelan Chef Gloria Márquez grills the meat on exposed wood-burning grills where the embers remain alive throughout the service, creating a hypnotizing effect. The set menu only has one option, a 500-gram entrecote for 2 people for €35/piece, although it is true that we find companions and sauces that vary according to the season.
The atmosphere of Parking Sótano is transparent and open, it has long and common wooden tables, hard cardboard stools where you can store bags and jackets and a certain industrial air. The minimalist decoration, together with the new trend "Dark Night" make this an informal, original and captivating place.
