Nomm, an expression that is equivalent to our 'ñam ñam', is the name of the Asian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine restaurant that resides on Avenida del Paralelo, in Barcelona.
In Nomm we will take a tour of the kitchens of Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam, among others, with Mediterranean touches conferred by the Australian chef of Asian roots Peter Viviano, who uses fresh and seasonal products to create the short set menu that changes according to the availability of the ingredients.
The two environments of Nomm are simply decorated with the predominant colors of red and dark furniture, to create a very original Asian atmosphere, where the small tree that presides over the main dining room and the modern ceiling that adorns the bar space stand out.
