In 1892 was founded what is now the oldest Galician center in Europe, since then the goal of the organization is to spread the origin and Galician identities from Las Ramblas in Barcelona, a modernist building that was the residence of Count Güell.
In Louro Galician gastronomy is well represented, as an essential part of culture. The restaurant is on the first floor of the building since 2017. It is an informal space in which you will feel at home.
The quality of meat, seafood and all Galician products are exceptional. Louro menu conveys a traditional, renewed cuisine. The restaurant is headed by the Galician chef Manu Nuñez, known for his participation in Top Chef.
Dishes: Smoked sardine toast with Cea bread and Cebreiro cheese. Spanish omelette Betanzas style with zorza. Sticky lobster rice. Seasonal mushroom risotto with tetilla cheese.
