La Royale is a deluxe hamburger restaurant located in uptown Barcelona. With influences from New York and London, they combine exquisite gourmet burgers with gin and tonics and vodka and tonics.
The gastronomic consultant is the great renowned chef Paco Pérez (5 Michelin stars). The menu offers delicious burgers that also include a vegetarian one. As for the gin and vodka, there are more than 25 references, and these are mixed by expert cocktail creator Manel Vehí.
The restaurant has a tasteful decor based on aviation because one of the partners is passionate about this world. Note that La Royale has been successful since its opening in 2011.
