Hisop, named after an aromatic herb, is a restaurant which offers contemporary Catalan cuisine in the neighborhood of Sant Gervasi. With over ten years of experience, is a role model thanks to its perseverance and determination.
Chef Oriol Ivern always surprises us with his fabulous cuisine based on traditional Catalan dishes offering a creative, personal and tempting touch. In addition, he was awarded a Michelin star in 2010.
