Nacho Núñez, Martín Marchese and Xavi Grau are responsible for the Killfish group, which has a good number of restaurants. The latest addition has been Gula Bar, a restaurant that we found in the pleasant neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona, neighbor of his older brother, Santa Gula.
They offer us a series of tapas apparently of traditional flavor, but incorporating flavors and different techniques of the world, creating a mix of creative and eclectic flavors.
Gula Bar has a fully open kitchen from which showkcookings are being performed and can be enjoyed from anywhere in the premises. It is decorated in an industrial way, creating a very urban and modern environment.
