In the district Les Corts we can find El Caserón, the third Galician and 'tapas' restaurant founded by an Andalusian man many years ago.
The are dishes based on traditional Galician cuisine, always made with seasonal produce. It serves quality food at a considerable amount, without too many ornaments, just good and simple. It is one of those places where you go to 'eat well'.
The place itself isn't luxury at all. There is a counter bar with stools for seating, and tables and chairs to eat more slowly. It is a spot where you eat well, just that, and people in the neighborhood know it. For this reason, along with homemade food and a friendly service, during the working break it uses to be full of both executives and office workers as well as tourists staying in nearby hotels.
