The twins Roger and Jordi Mascarell have wanted to bring to Barcelona the flavors of their childhood and the name of the natural space where they grew up. The Diània tavern has the essence of a cooperative, since it was created by the two twins from Gandía, their sister Neus, other partners and with the help of Coop57.
