Cuina Mametora is a fusion restaurant between Peruvian, Japanese and Catalan food. But for its chefs and owners, it is not just about mixing dishes, but about experimenting with products and preparations as they come up with (and they come up with many things!).
The unique restaurant is located on a quiet street in Les Corts, a district of Barcelona where gardens and squares abound, and offers the best preparations from the West and the East in a tasty and very innovative proposal.
