Can Ros is a seafood restaurant in Barcelona that was born in 1911 as a warehouse. Then became a 'tapas' (lids) bar and later became what it is today. This restaurant is located in the district of Barceloneta, near the sea.
The menu consists of traditional seafood restaurant with Catalan influences. You can find dishes based on fish, seafood, rice or vegetables. FGod quality raw material is used and the prices are quite affordable. They also serve tapas and wines.
The appearance of the restaurant is modern, elegant, sober and slightly remind the inner part of a boat. Most of its charm and freshness come from the air and maritime ornaments that are scattered throughout the restaurant. After the success of this place, another restaurant called 'La Mar Salada' was opened in the Joan de Borbó street with the same menu than this one. It is open all week except Wednesday.
