Betlem passed of being the grocery store born in 1892 to being, in 2011, a gastrobar or gastronomic miscellanea, as the owner of the restaurant describes it.
This restaurant stands out as having a good deal of seasonal product made in the form of tapas or gourmet sandwiches. The menu is based on local traditional recipes date and signature dishes. They also highlight the daily specials, available on the blackboards that the establishment has.
