Batuar, a special restaurant inside the Cotton House Hotel in the Eixample district of Barcelona, transports us to the old colonial era in which the space was born. Its classic and elegant style reflects what used to be an 1876 cotton factory, in the middle of the big city.
Its cuisine is modern and has a Mediterranean style and the ingredients are local and of the best quality. In each dish we will find the essence of Chef Eva de Gil, a young chef who has been trained in the prestigious Hofmann hotel school, and has worked in restaurants such as the Akelarre, three Michelin stars.
