Negatiu: Todo el resto. 1.30h de espera para los platos, sin ni una disculpa ni nada de picar para pasar la espera, la pasta está bien pero no es artesana y es muy cara por lo que es (platos poco generosos). Lo peor, el camarero alto es muy muy mal educado, se pica con el cliente, responde con muy mal carácter. Cuando nos quejamos de la espera se puso chulo y nos fuimos del restaurante casi a gritos con él. Un desastre!

Negatiu: WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER Last week I went to try out this place after hearing some good reviews. Unfortunately we had a very bad xperience and left before even starting any food. We ordered a bottle of wine and asked for some normal wine glasses as they serve the wine in low wide glasses. The waiter refused to give us other glasses and left our table without further explanation or serving the wine. From behind the bar he was giving my father negative hand signals that we would not get any other glasses. When he was finally sent back to our table I tried to tell him that is ok to give customers recommendations, but that he could not create a scene when a customer asks for a standard wineglass (which they had available and were given to other customers). The waiter did not even let me talk and he walked away angry from our table and refused to talk with us. The lady of the restaurant came to apologize for his behavior, but unfortunately it had escalated to much already for us and we left. How can someone so arrogant and full of ego be a waiter??! Treating your guests like that when they politely ask for other glasses.. Hopefully he will get another job without customers soon, so other people can enjoy this restaurant.
