The restaurant Vi Cool emerges from the idea of renowned chef Sergi Arola to unify the word Vino (Vi) in a comfortable and quiet environment, or as they say in English 'cool'. The first of these restaurants opened in 2007 in Roses, a village on the Costa Brava, and it was not until 2011 that the Huertas street restaurant opened.
Vi-Cool is decorated by the interior design specialist Eva Palau, who has shaped this place on two floors. In the first we find a bar that accompanies diners inside and after a bartender and chef of cold dishes hides. The kitchen is on the second floor.
Without a doubt, Vi-Cool is a restaurant to be enjoyed in good company while sipping one of those dishes prepared by the chef with two Michelin stars.
