The new fine dining restaurant Nikkei 225, is located in the heart of Madrid, is a bright and elegant restaurant run by chef Luis Arevalo, this is a restaurant of Japanese-Peruvian fusion that gets the perfect union between the two cultures.
The restaurant has two rooms, the first one is located behind a large glazed cellar, is New York style alike, with white and golden tones and the tables are arranged along the room without tablecloths. Behind the big sushi bar you can find the chef and his assistants. The second room, at the back, it is more private without exterior views. It was decorated by Garcia de Vinuesa and it has darker tones, with round tables ideal for groups.
In its menu predominates the fusion sushi. This culinary trend is achieved by the use made of the Peruvian flavors mixed with exquisite Japanese ingredients. It also has a wide selection of wines, spirits and drinks. The highly professional service is fast and efficient.
