Decorated in a minimalist style, which is dominated by light tones, the Muuu Madrid restaurant specializes in beef grilled and cut from different backgrounds.

In addition to rice and traditional dishes, have a menu own meat. Menu that includes all races and backgrounds. The price is based on weight and meats are cooked to the point requested by the client on oak charcoal.

It has two dining rooms, one more casual, where we can taste what comes from the adjacent grill, and from a broader one. This is a young, modern and simple place where what matters is not so much the form but the content.

Dishes on the menu: baked potatoes with egg and mushroom sauce and foie gras, rack of pure Iberian pork, sauteed cuttlefish with asparagus and mushrooms, Italian spinach with dressing tomato, hamburger 100% meat of Iberian pork with melted cheese and onions confit, traditional black rice, fideua, tenderloin baked sea bass style.
