La Tasquería is a restaurant belonging to the famous chef Javi Estévez, a participant in the second edition of the Top Chef television program on Antena3. It is located a few streets from the Parque del Retiro in Madrid and arises from the fusion between tavern (tavern) and offal (viscera and other edible parts of animals). The idea is to revive the Spanish and Madrid tradition of serving well-cooked offal with fresh products, offering three tasting set menus (M, L and XL), as well as other dishes to snack on or share.
