Very close to Madrid's Castellana street there is La Máquina Original restaurant, owned by Tejedor family. A classic of Madrilenian gastronomy that is characterized by its seafood and traditional cuisine with an Asturian accent.
In a classic and elegant atmosphere it offers dishes with top quality products. Their specialty is, without a doubt, Cantabrian seafood. It has of a 5,000 liters incubator where the diner can choose the piece that more succulenta it seems to them.
