The Haroma restaurant is located in an emblematic building in the Salamanca district, in Madrid. This gastronomic space is supervised by chef Mario Sandoval, who has two Michelin stars.
With the set menu and tasting set menus of the restaurant, the chef is based on recovering the flavors of traditional cuisine, with rather avant-garde techniques. Among the dishes that Haroma offers us, we find crustacean ravioli with Champagne and saffron sauce, baked turbot with pilpil and crystal prawn or Galician beef steak tartare with old mustard.
