The DSTAgE restaurant is the materialization of the culinary dreams of the famous chef Diego Guerrero. It is a commitment to innovative and avant-garde cuisine that has earned it two Michelin stars.
Not far from Puerta de Alcalá, in the center of Madrid, the place has three spaces: a bar that offers a series of cocktails and signature appetizers; a sophisticated room arranged around a patio-garden; and, finally, the kitchen open to diners.
This last room is known as "the BackstaGe" and is not only used to prepare the dishes, but is also used as a cooking workshop and an event area. This, like the rest of the restaurant, has a modern and sophisticated interior design.
DSTAgE 's bet does not contemplate a set menu, but is based on two tasting set menus, one with 15 and the other with 18 elaborations. They pay special attention to the needs of customers based on allergies or food intolerances, so that the experience is even better.
