Benares restaurant, located on Calle Zurbano in Madrid and created by the only Michelin-starred Indian chef Atul Kochhar, mixes exceptional Indian food with traditional, locally sourced produce.
The Benares restaurant, which owes its name to a sacred city in India, offers us exotic cuisine, with a wide variety of spices, textures and exquisite delicacies of Indian haute cuisine. Gastronomy that unites tradition and modernity.
The restaurant overlooks an outdoor patio decorated with water and images of Benares. For the hottest months, it has an area open to the outside, as well as an exceptional bar at street level that serves tapas inspired by Indian street food . It also has an extensive and original cocktail set menu with the personal touch of chef Atul Kochhar.
