It is a Peruvian street kitchen project whose motto is to respect the authentic flavors of that distant country located in the south of Latin America. With this, the owners and chefs of the Warike Project restaurant hope to "share incredible flavors of Peru."
The place is in Poblenou, a neighborhood that is so close to the beaches of Barcelona that you can feel the sea breeze from its streets; a breeze very similar to the one felt on the extensive coasts of Peru, from where its creators come.
In the restaurant - comfortable, modern and elegant - a sample of cuisine is offered that is so profound and traditional that it dates back to the Inca empire. That's where the term "warike" comes from, a place where food is sold where stews are almost cult.
In its set menu we can find classic dishes, such as ceviche or chaufa rice, and other more exotic ones that remind us of Mediterranean products but with the true Peruvian flavor .
