Palo Verde is a restaurant opened in 2020 located in Barcelona's Eixample. In charge of the kitchen and premises is chef Ludwing Amiable, former chef at Gresca, Tapasa 24 and Suculent, and designer Andrés Bluth. This duo focuses on the concept of ''Essential, primitive and basic cuisine'', that is, food made purely on the grill to pamper yourself on special occasions.
The essence of the restaurant is the grill, they are specialized in meat, although they treat products such as vegetables or fish whenever possible. It has one of the most extensive wine lists in all of Barcelona, with more than 35 different ones to choose from. In addition, there is a wide variety of vegetarian options.
The atmosphere is cozy, with walls that combine greenish and dark tones, it has very warm lighting on the table, giving prominence to the dishes.
