The restaurant Mixtel·la, located in the Eixample Dret of Barcelona, opened in March 2011 to offer a dining experience based on Mediterranean food but with influences from all over the world.

The restaurant has two dining rooms decorated in a modern and contemporary style whith attention to every detail and a winery that offers its diners wines from around the globe.
Dishes: Cockles sautéed white vermouth. Aubergine timbale with goat cheese and black olives pate. Scrambled eggs with garlic, shrimp and straw potatoes. Rice from Pals with cuttlefish, shrimp tails, aioli and ink. Pyrenean lamb with eggplant hummus and quince. Salmon tataki with our tartar and fennel cream.
