At Mediamanga restaurant of Barcelona they serve the best of the Mediterranean tradition, but with a different touch. In its dishes there is a breaker finish, with its cooks hope to leave a pleasant memory in the paladares of its visitors. Located in the heart of Barcelona, Mediamanga shares building with another of Barcelona's outstanding restaurants, Mont Bar, owned by the same owners.
This is a restaurant for prepared and demanding palates, where dishes are served based on a seasonal product of the highest quality. Usual recipes that are hard to find, or at least with the quality that Mediamanga offers, at other restaurants in the city. And to accompany, the diner has to choose an extensive wine list, with first-class brands.
At Mediamanga there is a classic bar atmosphere with elegance, where wood and tenuous colors predominates, with some modernist touches. A room divided into two spaces united by the presence of the kitchen, at sight of the diner. In one side we find high tables for four and in the other a collective table and low tables. All ready to take a seat, relax and enjoy a more than excellent meal.
Dishes: Tuna belly sandwich. Mediamanga's spanish potatoe salad. Salmorejo with fried fish. Meat croquettes. Hake cocochas wih green beans and ham. Anchovy with endive, beet and blue cheese. Veal tail pastry with cuttlefish sauce. 'Trinxat ' with shrimp in its head broth.
