In the district of Gracia of Barcelona we find a unique restaurant run by Paco Pérez, who has no less than five Michelin stars, and prepares delicious rice in The Mirror, The Royale gourmet burgers and now presents L'Eggs, a new proposal of high quality cuisine.
L'Eggs is a new restaurant opened in 2013 that offers quality food at a great price. It is specialized in dishes made with eggs -organic egg from Calaf- an ingredient that the Catalan chef presents as different variables and delicacies: fried, scrambled, classic, tortillas ... And for those who want a change, we also have a wide selection of seasonal dishes, meat and rice.
L'Eggs is a cozy space divided into a bar area and two dining rooms plus a private area for groups, decorated with a 'vintage rustic' style which gives to the place a very original touch.
Dishes: Goose egg with red ranchera, shrimp and potato soufflé. Potato tortillas by "EGGS ". Starred eggs of Potato blava hen with potatoes and Iberian ham. Steak tartar with Mexican nuances over barbecued marrow. Sea and mountain rice with Iberian feather tataki.
