Positive: El restaurantes es bonito y acogedor.
Negative: Demasiado tiempo esperando para recibir la carta y atendernos. Por otro lado, no se aclaran con el tema menú mediodía y carta y marearon un poco la perdiz a la hora de pedir.

Positive: No hemos cenado eso ha sido lo mas positive
Negative: Hemos ido a la hora de la reserva y nos dicen q la reaerva fue cancelada la semana pasada. Ibamos con hambre realmente era muy tarde. Depues de hacer las comprobaciones nos han dicho q lo sienten pero q no podemos cenar ahi a esa hora. No nos han dado soluciones hemos escrito una reseña y muy desagradablemente nis dicen q hay mas sitios para cenar a esa hora y que no hagamos drama. Q el descontento es mutuo. Asi cuidan a los clientes ?un desastre la experiencia sin duda ni pisaremos esa calle nuevamente. Bastante desagradable la experiencia

Positive: This was our 3rd time dining at the restaurant. Each time the food is fabulous! The service is good and the chef is accomadating to the needs of his customers! The fusion of flavor sin all the dishes makes it hard to decide what to eat... we have a lot of favorite dishes at KAPPO
Negative: The one thing on this visit that was a small negative... my bibimbop pot was not hot enough to crisp my rice.
