The Ecuadorian Pablo Alvarez, decided to open his own restaurant after completing his studies and his experience working in different Argentine locals. Thus, he opened Gauchito's Grill, a restaurant located in l'Hospitalet specialized in delicious Argentinian meat.
Gauchito's Grill offers a great variety of Argentinian meat and typical cuts which are cooked according to the customers' taste. As does Pablo Álvarez, we could define this restaurant as a 'show cooking', since everything is prepared instantly. Besides Argentine proposals we can also taste other Latin American dishes.
It is a small restaurant, it only has seven tables, so it is highly recommended to book in advance.
Dishes: Fillet with foie and raspberry jam. Chivito Bief (entrecote with pork shoulder and provolone cheese). Creole ''empanadas''. Maxi Gauchito's salad. Gauchito's pancakes.
