Agua is a restaurant by the sea, in this case on the Paseo Marítimo de la Barceloneta, where its success goes beyond its special location.

It is a pleasant space with a quiet and cozy atmosphere, with lots of light and a careful decoration, open to a terrace from which it seems we can touch the sea.

The set menu, fresh and simple, is based on the seafaring tradition and specializes in charcoal rice.

Dishes: 'Montadito' of foie and beef carpaccio. Mushroom, sausage and garlic pie. Rice with artichokes, prawns and cuttlefish. Grilled squids with mushrooms risotto. Basque cod with 'sofrito'. Iberian duck magret, pumpkin, shallots and anise sauce.

Positive: Como siempre el lugar es súper-agradable y al personal lo encontré más atento que antes de la pandemia, con ganas de que repitieras.
Negative: La mesa de al lado muy ruidosa, pero esto es culpa de la mala educación de algunas personas, no del restaurante.
