Voraz is a restaurant located in the heart of Madrid, in the Almagro neighborhood, on the banks of the Castellana. Its set menu, inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine, combines creative and contemporary elements, offering a unique culinary experience. The collaboration of the directors Jaime Arteaga and Diego Pérez Crespo ensures a high-quality gastronomic offer.

The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, with special emphasis on its rice dishes and main dishes based on grilled meat and fish, presented in an impeccable and appetizing way. Among its most outstanding dishes we find the foie micuit on crispy Sardinian bread, mango and dried tomato confit, the grilled octopus mortar with roasted sweet potato and black garlic, the ribs at low temperature, the grilled black-bellied monkfish and rice duck, leek and artichokes.

The atmosphere in Voraz is cozy and elegant, with a sober but modern architectural design, created by the Foxium Arquitectura studio of Álvaro Oliver Bultó. The restaurant combines Spanish tradition with a cosmopolitan and sophisticated touch, making it a surprising and attractive space to enjoy good food in Madrid. Beet-marinated salmon carpaccio with dill mousseline and Stilton cheese. Perol sausage with trinxat and black garlic. Vague omelet of truffled free-range eggs, with seasonal mushrooms. Black Angus tacos, bone marrow, red onion, tomato with rocoto and green tomato with chipotle. Voracious steak tartare. Low temperature oxtail bao with bock choy. Croquettes.
