Ugo Chan is a Japanese gastronomy restaurant located in the Chamartín neighborhood of Madrid and run by chef Hugo Muñoz, whose admiration and love for his grandfather, who had commercial ties with Japan, gave the restaurant its name. The food is exquisite and the set menu changes seasonally, adapting to almost all types of diets. They also offer very well-made wines, although they do not have a children's set menu. The restaurant is small but cozy and comfortable, with simple decoration and an open bar and kitchen. The tables are spaced and the light is natural. The service is very careful and detailed, making the experience of eating at Ugo Chan very pleasant.
